This US based multi-national had acquired a banking risk management solution and was looking to increase revenues in European markets. As part of this initiative, the Company was to attend a major European Banking event but had a short amount of time to put together marketing materials and sales tools for the show.

A major challenge was the key product managers and marketing campaign stakeholders required to engage in the project were located across Europe and the US.

Solution

The Company engaged BPM to work with the relevant stakeholders to create a campaign messaging strategy in a matter of days. BPM then went on to develop the content for the new brochure and new presentation deck in just 10 working days - in time for the show.
