Training built on selling knowledge

Sales skills training is important but how do you teach people to sell specific solutions?

We offer bespoke training programs that equip sales people to sell particular propositions into chosen markets.

Our programs are constructed on a foundation of Selling Knowledge which we build with customers. This can be delivered to attendees in the form of a comprehensive guide or via a Digital Playbook, as an integral part of the training program.

Training interventions use a workshop style approach and are typically one or two days in length, with pre-work as required.

You can read about customers, personas and their challenges but how do you put this knowledge into action?

Our hands-on interventions get sales people working in teams on either their own opportunities or real-life sales scenarios, constructed with the input of leading sales people from your business.

In a typical program, attendees prepare for exploratory calls, needs discovery meetings, presentations, and demos and then perform role plays to practice the sort of conversations they are going to have with customers.

The sessions are intensive but always fun, with sales people competing in teams and as individuals to win prizes for the best performances on the day!
